The facility must include essential diagnostics (imagery and basic laboratory), short term post-operative care and preparation of casualties for strategic aeromedical evacuation. The capability must be ready to treat casualties within 60 mins of injury, 24/7, and be capable of providing limited hold (single ventilated patient plus one non-ventilated patient) for up to 24 hrs.
