Associated works include the removal of existing windows and door and frame, the design and co-ordination of all temporary works including temporary piles, supports and blockwork and the re-instatement of windows / doors and frames, new flooring and decoration. The Building will be occupied during the course of the works. Careful coordination will be required for noisy / disruptive works and access to rooms / floor levels. Works will be restricted whereby not all windows at any one time will be accessible to work on at each floor level. The contractor should factor this into their delivery of the project.
