The home currently has 5 service users, and for the purposes of this tender, tenderers should complete the tender response document to reflect provision of service to 5 service users. The contract will be for all five beds within the home. The contract will be let for a period of five years with an option to extend for up to a further five years commencing on 7th July 2019.
