Supply, fully assembly and installation of new bathroom pods in student rooms, and connection to existing services. Construction of studwork partitions cladding around bathroom pods in student rooms. Replacement of ceiling mounted light fitting, and associated making good to ceiling finish to student rooms. Fitting of new window catches in student rooms. Renewal of door stops in student rooms. Provision of coat hooks in student rooms. Removal of curtain track and associated timber fixing batten, and supply and installation of window blinds in student rooms. Supply and laying of new floor coverings in student rooms. Complete internal redecoration of student rooms. Replacement of ceiling mounted light fittings, and associated making good to ceiling finish to kitchens. Renewal of base unit and cupboard unit, door front, drawer fronts and plinths in kitchens. Supply and laying of new floor coverings in kitchens. Installation of window blinds in kitchens Complete internal redecoration of kitchens.
