Following the decision by Bolsover District Council to 'cease the current operation' at Creswell Leisure Centre and the relocation of swimming activity to an alternative site. The group developed a proposal and 5 year indicative business plan for a new facility in the village that would become the 'Creswell Heritage and Wellbeing Centre'. This project has a budget allocated of PS2 million pounds which is subject to securing of funding and dependent on approval of planning permissions. Suppliers are invited to produce a design which we will meet our overall expectations of the Centres activities to be delivered. Suppliers may request site visits via the portal if required.",
