The in-house Repairs and Maintenance Team carry out the roofing works and St Leger Homes require a contract in place for survey and supply of roofing materials. St Leger Homes have a requirement for surveying of the housing stock when required and delivery of non-stock roofing products direct to site. The in-house repairs and maintenance team then carry out the repairs to the housing stock. This contract is to cover the planned capital roofing works only.
