The Contractor should ensure that they have included for any costs associated with current Government restrictions surrounding the Covid-19 crisis. Allowances should be made on the assumption that the current Government measures, in accordance with the 'Construction Leadership Council's Construction Sector - Site Operating Procedures - Protecting your Workforce during Coronavirus' document, will be in place for the duration of the Contract. The Contractor should also make allowances for issues which may be encountered due to restrictions within their own or sub-contractors' supply chains.",
