Where a concessionaire bids for multiple lots, they must be able to provide the concession on each site in accordance with the specification. The initial contract is for a fixed 3-year period. The Lot 1 concession will operate from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2028, excluding the months the illuminations event is held which is currently September and October. The Lot 2 concession will operate for the 2025, 2026 and 2027 illuminations events. The councils event team will confirm the Illuminations event dates on an annual basis.
