The properties are owned by Knowsley Housing Trust (KHT) and the tenants have tenancy agreements with KHT. The scheme is due to be completed by 3rd November 2016 and will have an outside courtyard on top of facilities including a bistro, kitchen, dining room, lounge, salon, treatment room, hobby room, guest suite for visitors, assisted bathroom and laundry facilities.",
