The proposed contract period is two years with potential extensions of a further two years in one year increments subject to performance. The Employer intends to appoint up to 5 (five) Contactors to Lot 1, up to 10 (ten) Contractors to Lot 2 and up to 2 (two) Contractors for Lot 3. Tenderer's can bid any number of Lots and be appointed to any number of Lots.",
