Users of the Framework will be able to procure professional services (e.g. Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architectural Services, and Budling Surveying. Projects may be under a Two Stage or Single Stage, or Direct Award procurement route, embracing multiple forms of contract, in compliance with the restrictions on and full freedoms for the range of services provided by the CPV codes referenced. For the avoidance of doubt, the contract will be concluded in the name of Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust. Alder Hey is the public sector legal entity responsible for hosting the tender process related to the framework award and, on behalf of Alder Hey, Procure Partnerships will manage the operational and practical aspects of selecting the suppliers and running the framework.
