Specialist procurement support is critical to ensure the successful delivery of a range of strategic AD contracts with support required in the development and implementation of the Asset Delivery model. Without the necessary support, there is a significant risk that the contracts will not be awarded in time to meet the tender programmes which would lead to a delay in the delivery of maintenance and renewals programmes.
