        "description": "MMO are looking to appoint a suitable supplier to help them improve understanding of how they can evolve to deliver their ambitions: The Supplier will: Support the MMO in setting out how to achieve the outcomes it wishes to deliver relating to fisheries management as set out in the MMO Story and Fisheries Act 2020 Detail the actions required within each aspect of its fisheries management work to contribute to achieving those outcomes via logic models Develop recommendations for evolving the MMO into a world class fishery manager Detail an evaluation plan and indicators to assess progress toward achieving the outcomes set out in the MMO Story and Fisheries Act 2020 Additional information: Please note that bids for this work will need to be submitted via a Defra online portal, further information on how to access this portal and a more detailed specification will be provided by contacting the above email address by the specified closing date. The end date above (29/10/21) applies only to those wishing to register an interest in this project, interested parties will then have between Monday 1st November and 23:59 on Friday 19th November to submit a formal proposal and bid.
