However, ORE Catapult reserves the right to appoint more than this number if deemed to be in its best interests, e.g. value for money, geographical location. Tenderers are to note that Services required under the terms of this Framework Agreement for Lease & Maintenance of Multi-Functional Devices, may be co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).",
