        "description": "The Sports Pavilion located at NR46XF has building control permission for a full renovation with internal alterations. This includes a new electrical layout, alterations to internal walls, complete re-fit of kitchen, toilets and changing rooms and new floors and doors throughout. Cringleford Parish Council are now ready to take this scheme forward and are looking for a contractor with availability to take the work on and a history of similar successful projects. The work should be carried out in 2020, as soon as possible - date to be agreed with the successful applicant.
