The aim of the learning and development opportunity is to provide skills and knowledge to communicate effectively with Senior Managers, Board Members, Directors, external bodies and key stakeholders. The estimated budget available for the delivery of this training is PS20,000 and the contract period will be for 2 years, commencing 1st May 2018 to 30th April 2020.
