Tenderers are asked to fulfil two types of distribution. 1. Copies to homes and businesses would not be individually addressed or packaged, but would require door-to-door delivery. 2. Copies to high footfall locations would not be individually addressed or packaged and bundles would be delivered to approximately 150 locations. Bidding organisations should indicate within the method statement how they would ensure and report on how they guarantee full coverage of the distribution. The total number of addresses required to deliver will vary slightly month-by-month. Therefore bidding organisations should provide a price per-thousand for delivery. The approximate size of the delivery scope is as follows: * 150,000 households (all Wirral - 1 copy per address) * 8,500 businesses (all Wirral - 1 copy per address) * 150 high-footfall locations (100-300 copies per address)",
