This will be achieved by dividing into 2 lots: Lot 1 - Award to a single provider to supply all the tables, chairs, display boards and marquee hire requirements at key recurring events. Lot 2 - This lot will be awarded to a maximum of 4 providers to supply all the tables, chairs, display boards and marquee hire requirements for any event held throughout the City other than the recurring events held detailed in Lot 2a. Either direct awards or further competitions will be run with the successful providers to award specific requirements of an event.",
