The successful tenderer will have the drive and innovation to develop and promote a high quality and imaginative service offering that promotes the Ribble Valley and Lancashire and the fabulous local produce. As a minimum the Council would require the appointed provider to deliver a daily catering service from the cafe during the summer months. The Council will however consider requests to provide the service outside this period should the successful tenderer wish to do so.",
