The Company wish to explore a white label ticketing solution and potentially enter into an agreement with a supplier who can offer software to allow the Company to effectively manage and run their own ticketing system. The Company would consider an amalgamation of both of the above if available. It is anticipated that the contract will run from 1/4/2022 - 31/3/2025 - with the option to extend for a further 1 plus 1 year. The Company reserves the right not to enter into the negation stage if they can select a winning Organisation at Stage 2.",
