We are envisaging that there will be two key phases to the review of ETF's governance covering: i) governance structures or framework (which will be completed by ETF's chosen legal partner) and ii) performance, behaviours and culture of the charity's current Board and governance. It is this latter area (ii) to which this document refers, and for which we are tendering.
