Co-production and -development of an adult social care IAG self-improvement tool, community of practice, webinars and direct support for councils. PCH want to work with a consortium of organisations to progress the information and advice workstream deliverables as described above. We are approaching commissioned partners to help us to understand how you might approach this task, some indication of cost, any barriers you foresee and some of the ideas you may have for imaginative ways to deliver this workstream. We want to understand if a combined approach is possible or if separate lots are required to deliver the work.
