The aim of the research is to investigate potential risks for systemic failure impacting life safety and performance of modern methods of construction. The scope of the research will be limited to one type of MMC, offsite modular (volumetric) construction, where the greatest risk is perceived. This contract has been awarded following a mini competition under the CCS - Research Marketplace Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) ref RM6018.",
