The OPCC and HIWFRS operate from five main bases in Hampshire, which require on site catering services. The intention of the procurement is to provide a managed catering services contract (eg cost plus a management fee) that will prioritize healthy nutritious meals for restaurant consumption with healthy \"grab and go\" choices and healthy beverage options.",
