This is being managed by NPS (Norwich) Ltd - (Property Services Team). The toilet block is located adjacent to the Norwich City Council owned structure which is currently leased to the Earlham Park Cafe, the current cafe building does not have toilet blocks and utilises the existing block for customers. Therefore, any proposals must include for temporary public facilities to be provided for the duration of the construction phase. The park falls within the Earlham Conservation area and is located in the near vicinity of the Grade II* listed Earlham Hall, as such particular attention will need to be taken to the design of the new modular toilet block.",
