The services within this tender are split as follows: Lot 1: All Payment services (Lots 2 - 4) Lot 2: Card Payment services Lot 3: Direct Debit collections Lot 4: Location Payment Services The tenderer may bid for any lot or can submit a combination bid covering more than one (or all) lots. If bidding for Lot 1, you must provide an individual bid for Lot 2 and 3 too. PCH's detailed requirements are defined within the invitation to tender document. The intended duration of the contract is 2 years with possible extensions for an additional 6 years.
