The Brief set out 7 Tasks and an optional Task 8 (subject to availability of funding). As the scheme is heavily focused on delivery of high quality urban design as a mechanism to transform integration and movement within Sutton Coldfield town centre it is therefore expected that this commission is urban design led.",
