In the 25 years since the National Lottery began, PS39 billion has been awarded to organisations across the UK. This year, In 2019, the National Lottery will celebrate its 25th Anniversary. We believe it is the perfect opportunity to celebrate the achievements of one of the nation's most loved brands, to appreciate the vital role it plays in all our lives, and to recognise and thank the players- the everyday heroes - who, by buying tickets, are making the UK a better place to be day in, day out - and we would like to commission and agency to create and host video content to raise awareness of the life changing difference the National Lottery has made over the last quarter of a century. The requirement is to commission content that will reach and appeal to a younger audience of 18-34 year olds and to better showcase some of the more topical projects that are National Lottery funded across the UK. Previous content we have produced that has been targeted to a younger audience has been smaller scale (reaching hundreds or thousands of people) and not always topical. The requirement is to commission bigger, newsworthy pieces of content that will reach millions of young people. The NLPU is unable to produce content to achieve these quality and reach outcomes using its own resources and needs an external agency to create and host this content on their site, to achieve maximum views. We require a series of content to be produced, with at least two videos, and interview content for a local campaign, to be hosted on an external agency's channels, and promoted on social media at a
