East Herts Council owns a number of green spaces, which include highly used play areas and sports pitches that are a walkable distance to nearby town centres. The sites chosen for this tender have good footfall which we believe provides attractive commercial trading prospects. The opportunities relate to vending licences to sell ice cream and both hot and cold food and beverages. We have previously allowed short term vending licences for ice cream, food and beverage sales. We are now offering a concessional contract for the rights to sell ice cream and hot and cold food and beverages at specified locations across the district of East Herts Council. Please note the deadline for returns and allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted.
