        "description": "The LGA would like to commission a series of online public opinion polls. Analysis and reporting will be conducted in-house by the LGA, so will not be required as an output. We are seeking quotes to help us understand what the public's priorities are for their local area, using a short set of controlled questions. More specifically we are seeking three waves of polling, to allow us to capture regional variation. We are looking for a representative England only sample - advice would be appreciated on the sample size needed to generate regional results that are representation of that region (i.e. by combining multiple rounds), and that will allow a meaningful regional level analysis of statistical significance Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
