"description": "The Council is looking for a case management system (CSM) that records details of young people who enter the Criminal Justice System or are on the cusp of offending and require preventative work. The functionality of the CMS must enable the Derbyshire Youth Offending Service to comply with AssetPlus, which is an assessment and planning intervention framework developed by the Youth Justice Board. It provides a holistic end-to-end assessment and intervention plan allowing one record to follow a young person throughout their time in the youth justice system. The Council wishes to hear from organisations capable of supplying such a system and are willing to participate in a soft market testing exercise to enable the Council to assess the market and formulate it's future requirements.",
