To outline the sales support and training sought to allow the ongoing success following the sales process support period Scope The process to be developed is a sale and customer retention system to include the delivery of training for all customer facing staff. Required training aspect should allow ongoing success following the initial period of sales support. An improvement in staffing, planning and control of the process required.
