This is a project aimed at increasing access to KCC Country Parks for groups who have specific needs and rely on a safe clean changing place. The space has hoists and equipment to enable this, with access only using a radar key. It's a very specific design and to be an 'official changing place' it must meet a fixed size and criteria so there is a limited range of companies that can provide it.
