The team is launching a new innovation fund to support local education projects demonstrating innovative approaches to upskilling workforces to improve the identification and management of those living with Long Term Conditions. The Long Term Conditions Innovation Fund for Education and Training is accepting bids from across England of a maximum of PS10,000 (including VAT). All projects will need to be completed with outcomes achieved by 6th May 2023.
