Act, 1974. Blackpool Council wishes to appoint a Contractor/s who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most economically advantageous tender. It is anticipated that the contract term will be from April 2020 to 31/03/2022, with the option to extend incrementally for a period of 2 years (subject to contract review and budget availability).",
