All the innovation and design development must be accompanied with a rigorous approach to ensuring that the technical requirements are met. Including testing, where necessary. Full details of the scope and specifications will be provided to the successfully shortlisted suppliers. Suppliers should be aware of the scale of the HS2 project and are to assess their internal capabilities to be able to carry out the intended scope of works prior to completing the expression of interest.",
