The works involve external painting, repairs, and cleaning to the council's properties, which are of various types ranging from 1-bed flats to 4 bed houses. A schedule of addresses is contained with the documents for this tender bid, and the schedule of addresses are for the first year of intended works only. The addresses for the remainder works will be made available to the successful contractor 8 weeks prior to the year 2 works being instructed. It is anticipated that the works for year 2 of this contract will be very similar to the works undertaken in year 1",
