The pensioner population is declining each year with a limited number of eligible widows. This is a bespoke pension scheme; and a working knowledge of the Gibraltar Pension Ordinances is essential. The administration of this pension scheme will require the supplier to engage with the Government of Gibraltar and maintain a strong working relationship to facilitate the sharing of critical information.",
