The scope of which will comprise of but may not be limited to pitch on Council land at Ferry Road, Eastney, Portsmouth which suppliers can use for the sale of a variety of hot and cold snacks and drunks from a mobile catering kiosk of van. The Council is seeking to award a 5 year lease. The lease will not include an automatic right to renew. The Council is seeking bids that offer a guaranteed income in excess of PS2,400 per annum. Please note there will also be additional, one-off fees in the region of PS700.
