The outcome of the tender process will be a single contract with a single contractor. The contract will be for an initial 12 months with 2 annual options to extend by a further 12 months up to a maximum 3 years total contract term (1+1+1). The volumes stated are the current number of fire risk assessments and the figure may be subject to change; up or down, over the duration of the contract. The successful service provider is an SME.",
