The flat roofs are to be recovered in single ply membrane, dressed up over parapets. Cover flashings are to be replaced to the flat roofs. Repairs are required to stonework on approx. 5nr windows, and two skylights are to be replaced. Cast iron rainwater components throughout are to be temporarily taken away from the building to be renovated/ recoated before being reinstated to their original positions, and temporary rainwater disposal is to be provided for the duration of the project.",
