The framework is to provide additional workforce with tools and equipment, predominantly to Highways DLO. The current requirement is 6 gangs of 2 operatives to undertake regular pothole and defect repair work across the city. Since February 2010, Coventry; Solihull; Warwickshire; Nuneaton and Bedworth; Rugby alongside other local district Councils have been working together as a shared procurement service.
