        "description": "Brief description of the Works that the Supplier is to provide. A comprehensive package of repair (west wing) and replacement work (east wing) is proposed to the asphalt roof coverings. The proposed works will also encompass the comprehensive repair of the 20th century structures on the roof of the west wing as well as other identified roof defects in general.
