The main purpose of this Contract is to: * Maintain the City's public lighting infrastructure (including illuminated and non-illuminated traffic signs and bollards) in accordance with defined standards that are expected to rise throughout the Contract; * Prepare, install, maintain, remove and store festive decorations for a range of events in the City; * Install new street furniture, e.g. guard rails, traffic signs, bollards and lighting; * Make reactive repairs to street furniture.",
