CITB Building 115 at Bircham Newton, Norfolk, PE31 6RH has 3 separate roofs and CITB require costings for each individual roof to be replaced or overlayed (depending on the condition) and a price for completing all 3. The solution should provide a fully insulated solution in felt encapsulating the parapets with up to a 30-year guarantee with a system that can help the building achieve net zero.",
