Through the consultation we will: * Communicate proposals for National Lottery funding for heritage for 2019-2024, including potential changes from the current position. * Engage stakeholders with direction of travel and gain an understanding of their views on proposals. * Identify key areas of opportunity and risk to feed into further development of proposals * Use consultation feedback to develop strategic framework proposals that will win broad endorsement from stakeholders The target audience for this consultation is organisations who are: * Heritage sector stakeholders, including: o umbrella organisations; o individual organisations; and o strategic agencies. * Public sector stakeholders including local authorities * Broader VCS stakeholders with UK, country or regional remit * Church organisations and other faith-based groups * Private sector organisations engaged with heritage * Stakeholders related to the key HLF policy areas, eg. place, resilience, inclusion, digital, well-being, housing. * Other funders and investment partners * Applicants and grantees * Non-applicant groups - focus on ensuring heritage is more inclusive The report from the consultation will be used by HLF staff to inform the development of the framework for National Lottery funding for heritage for 2019-2024.
