        "description": "Norfolk County Council Local Area Network underpins all of the Authorities business services and therefore is crucial infrastructure. The Authority is seeking to procure and implement a modern, simpler and faster Local Area Network to replace its legacy infrastructure. Please note that the budget for this service is between PS500,000 to PS1,500,000. Bidders should be aware that any bids received at the ITT stage that exceed the PS1,500,000 maximum budget will automatically be rejected. Bidders should note that although the Council is conducting this procurement under the Competitive Dialogue Procedure, it will be a lean dialogue. Bidders will only be required to attend Norfolk County Council's premises for 1 day.
