Scope of Requirement The objective is to procure a ultra-sonic wire bonding system suitable for the bonding of copper and aluminium wires in battery modules for automotive, aerospace, space and domestic energy storage applications. Tender Process and Documentation: This procurement is a sub threshold open procedure to be conducted in accordance with the Regulations ( Public Contracts Regulations 2015).
