Additional information: ExtraCare Village projects are significant developments with an extended design, planning & construction period. ExtraCare wishes to benefit from the expertise and learning gained in working on these projects, so as to be able to select the same professional advisors to work on a follow-on scheme or schemes, once the learning is completed. These Frameworks will therefore run for a period of eight years.",
