Initially three site search areas have been identified and GCP wishes to appoint a property consultant to assist with the site search, evaluation and acquisition of land to facilitate this project. Results of the site search and initial evaluation are required for early in 2021. Acquisition of land is dependent on future Member decisions and timing is therefore uncertain.
